Definition:  In her essay she is sarcastic of some sort, and she explains all the things that a wife is “supposed” to do. She explains cleaning, cooking, satisfying the sexual needs, bringing home the money, and being the one responsible for basically everything. She further explains that a wife is basically like a servant, and anyone would be foolish not to want a wife.
