Whenever you have paperwork to turn in please give it directly to Ms. King or Mrs. Daniels so that it can be recorded. Please do not place forms in their mailboxes or under their room doors.
Fall 2009 Service Form: Below please find the service form for this semester. If you already have service documented please attach the documentation to the form. (There are two versions so you can get the one you need for your computer.)
Membership Absence Form: If you have to miss one of our regular monthly meetings, please download the form below and submit it according to the directions. Members are allowed to miss one meeting per year; members who miss more will be subject to disciplinary action. Members who have special circumstances should discuss them in advance with the NHS sponsors.
