 Camp Information: Location: River Hill High School Date: June 25-29, 2012 Time: 9-2,
There will be a 30 minute break for lunch. Campers are responsible
for providing their own lunch. Camp Philosophy: This camp is geared toward taking wrestlers to the next level through experienced coaching and valuable technique. The camp will feature top level instruction at a fast pace. Campers will be taught how to drill effectively and efficiently. There will be opportunities for live wrestling, but the focus is on developing the wrestler as a whole. The camp will be split into two groups. One will be geared toward the high school aged wrestler getting ready for national competitions. The emphasis of this group will be top level instruction combined with intense drilling and competitive live wrestling. The second group will be geared toward, but not exclusive to, the middle and elementary school aged wrestlers looking to take their wrestling to the next level. The emphasis of this group will be top level technique and its development. Drilling and instruction is at the core of this groups curriculum. All campers will develop the necessary tools to excel on the next level with exposure to: technique, drilling, and conditioning |
