All members have equal status. We aim at having all issues decided by democratic means, that is, by open discussions on our forum, and by voting. Although we are mainly an internet-based community, we encourage our members to meet in person as well. Our first general community meeting is now losely scheduled for summer 2010, somewhere in the UK (further details TBA). Some administrative tasks are carried out by some of our members, on a voluntary basis. These assignmnents may change, depending on people's ability and willingness to serve. Additional posts may also be created, if necessary. In the long run, we intend to hold regular elections for these posts. The current assignments are:
