It is the fundamental position of the All-Faith Racial Reconciliation Alliance that community involvement is essential both in the selection and the future success of our new superintendent. Three organizations -- All-Faith Racial Reconciliation Alliance (AFRRA), the Bethlehem Coalition for Quality Education (BCQE) and Organizing for America Better Bethlehem (OFABB), all advocate for the central role of the community in a transparent superintendent recruitment and selection process.
