        I'm a senior student at the Department of Computer Science and Technology,  Tsinghua University. Currently, I'm interning in Machine Learning Group, Microsoft Research China (MSRA). I have been working on machine learning approaches to ranking, aka learning to rank for IR. I also explore the possibility to transfer knowledge from click-through data to rated ranking data using click models, to improve search and ads ranking. Now, I am designing a large-scale machine learning toolkit, enabling machine learning algorithms such as logistic regression, boosting and decision tree to run easily on any multi-core clusters.


 Research Interests

       Designing effective and efficient machine learning algorithms and toolkits to handle mass web data; machine learning; data mining; information retrieval
