What is extreme Walking?

Extreme walking is bushing walking with a bit of attitude. Walks have a rating from easier to difficult. They are not geared for casual walking - they are a listing of walks for the more serious walkers.

Please note -  like all extreme sports, walking has inherent dangers and many of these walks are in remote and isolated areas... without mobile coverage. Before attemting any of these walks you should make contact with the National Parks Service or State forests to ascertain the reliability of information on this page and the safety precautions that you should take.
