Memory Biology Lab

The most fascinating ability of brain is to form a memory of past experience that allows us to mentally travel back to the past for re-experience and better cope with the future by using the acquired information. Research in our lab focuses on the mechanisms by which cells, synapses, and circuits operate to encode, consolidate, recall and transform memories. We study the biological basis of cognitive dysfunction in mental disorders and neurodegenerative diseases.

We are accepting highly motivated graduate students and postdoc fellows.
