1991 Camaro Z28

It's got the good looks of a "ThirdGen" but with enough power to spank today's sports cars. LS1 Powered Thirdgen FTW

 Well there it is...

This is a really old picture of the car and myself shortly after I got it.

I bought the car in '02 from the original owner.  It was in perfect condition and it shined oooh so pretty in his garage.  After a 1 day test drive, I gave the dude 7k cash and drove away happy as could be.

Fast forward about 6 months...the car is sitting outside in an apartment complex, the hot Texas son has destroyed the clear coat on all the plastic body parts resulting in a nasty pinkish look to the front/rear bumpers and the spoiler. Lame, fucking cheap GM water based paint.

Now lets talk about where it is today.  Since I've got the car I've added a bunch of stuff, ASCD "SS" Hood, ZR1 17x9 Rims, suspension, sound system, the list goes on.  But the big project that I'm working on is, thats right, a LS1 swap.  I got a LS1, T-56, and wiring harness from a local 4th gen owner who totalled his 2000 SS in the rain, and since then I've been dumping money into the car like there is no tomorow.

The Car now has a tubular K-Member, Spohn Adjustable Torque Arm and Transmission Crossmember, 1-inch drop springs,  and much much more.  For specifics about the car, check the Navigation link on the left for the sub-sections of this area.
