The outside space is a real bonus in a village house especially when the views are as good as you get here. We also reckon the patio is big enough to take a decent swimming pool which really would make this house special. Super house to reform, stuffed full of original features. The big attraction here, apart from the original features is the outside space which is always at a premium in village houses. In this case you get an excellent patio and a roof terrace with super views.
Our best guess at the cost of fully reforming this property if we got it done for you; about 20,000 Euros but we can discuss this with you when viewing. DIY is perfectly possible and inevitably a whole lot cheaper! There are some horrible outbuildings which could be used for extra accommodation or demolished to extend the patio and provide views from it.
