The LPN IV course requires completion of the theory portion and passing of a closed book test (80% passing score). Once you pass the test you may go on to the clinical portion of the course.  The cost is $225 plus the cost of the textbook.  The course is self study, the clinical portion typically is done at your employing facility.  If you are not employed in such a setting you must find a clinical site willing to work with you.
Please email us with questions at info@ndna.org

THE LPN IV COURSE WAS RENEWED and APPROVED by the ND Board of Nursing in May 2011.

The Refresher Courses offered by the North Dakota Nurses Association have stopped accepting applications from both RNs and LPNs wishing to re-activate their license.  These courses will no longer be offered.

Students currently enrolled and active in their course work will continue as planned.
