Problems?

Look below for some common questions and solutions:

Q: I can't get online, what's wrong?

A: New Braunfels Public Wi-Fi is monitored 24/7. Any downtime on our routers is alerted to us so we can respond. If you receive a message to try back later you can be sure we're working on it.

Q: I have a good signal but I can't get online?

A: If you have a good signal, rebooting your computer will fix most problems. In general, if you've ever used wi-fi, and have bought something on-line, you will be able to use this network.

Q: Is there someone I can call to help me?

A: There is a helpline # for New Braunfels Wi-Fi @ 1-830-333-Wi-Fi.

Q: I have a low signal, what can I do?

A: If the signal is low using your laptop, we can provide a wi-fi booster for your property that will increase the signal. Contact us at 1@nbwifi.com for details. Include your address and contact information. The indoor model costs $25.00.

Q: I would like to use this network in another part of town but don't get a signal there, what can I do?

A: Look at the current network map, if you are within range of our current repeaters, we can install another repeater to expand the network into your area. Contact us 1@nbwifi.com for details. Include your address and contact information.
