The Southeast Quadrant Neighborhood Service Center (NSC) Office located at 846 S. Clinton Ave., Rochester, New York 14624 also serves as the home for the Crime Prevention Officer (CPO) and Police and Citizens Together Against Crime (PAC-TAC) operations of Patrol Service Areas (PSA) 26/29.
