What is nudism, and what is naturism? Nudism is mostly connected with naked sunbathing and skinny-dipping, at marked or dedicated beaches, pools or clubs. Naturism is broader term, that encompasses nudism, along with psychological, moral and ecological views. By definition, it is a lifestyle in harmony with nature, expressed through social nudity and characterized by self-respect of people with different opinions and of the environment. The goal is to promote naturism and nudism, with special accent on motivation of young naturists. Naturist population is consisted mostly of middle-aged and older people, but younger ones are depriving themselves this pleasure, due to various inner or outer barriers. We'll try to address that issues which trouble those in desire of trying naturism or nudism, as well as some more active themes, for experienced naturists.
