A doula allows a woman and her partner to have confidence in the birthing process, which in turn helps a woman believe that she possesses the power to make that glorious event of birth the miracle it is. 

 I live in Lehi and will travel around Utah county to be your doula!

• Your ability to cope with the pain improves, decreasing the possibility of needing pain medication.
• Your chance of a cesarean section and forceps delivery are reduced.
• A doula can help lessen the stress on the partner since there is a trained labor attendant present who is knowledgeable of the birth process.
