This course is an exploration of the histology, physiology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology of human organ systems.  This is currently a lecture-only course and we use the text, Human Physiology by Silverthorn.  It is currently offered in alternating fall semesters.

In addition to lectures, and student presentations on diseases, students work in groups to solve problems related to clinical case-studies.

Beginning in fall 2012, this course will also feature an optional lab section:  Bio392 - Human Anatomy and Physiology Laboratory.  This section is optional for Bio391 students and can also be taken by itself by students who previously took Bio391.
