Nassau Gardens Cooperative is a garden-style apartment complex with 204 units owned and managed by the membership/shareholders. There are 18 acres of rolling hillside, located off Neponset Street in Norwood, Massachusetts. It is five minutes from Norwood Center and commuter rail, as well as easy access to Routes 1, 128, and 109. The cooperative is self-managed by the Board of Directors. The Directors are elected by the shareholders/members. The Board hires and manages the staff and hires a company to do financial reporting and provide advice as needed.
