At present Narelle's focus is on serving students through private sessions For up to date information on Courses, private sessions, & other helpful information In these fun and interactive classes you will learn how to practice yoga safely to de-compress your spine, create length (both traction and internal lift) and build functional stability. Through the intelligent and creative use of props (yoga equipment) and anatomical imagery processes, you will be guided toward movement with spinal ease and efficiency, experiencing the interior body as felt and known landscape, accessable! Props enable a clear and incisive penetration of the body, uncovering otherwise dull areas. They elicit a clarity of direction in the pose and enable easeful alignment, where the flow of force can move cleanly though the body. You will learn how to integrate the legs and arms into the spine creating healthful, potent change in your back. Spinal support from a deep awareness of the organic body and developmental patterns return the body to its full connectivity in gravity and breath. Students working with asymmetry will be exposed to ways to invite de-rotation and functional, dynamic and vibrant alignment, and integrated movement patterns; Balance.
