Change your back pain with yoga. 

 

 

Interstate students: it is possible to book several consecutive private sessions over 3-4 days, each session of 1-2 hours duration. This intensive way of working enables you to learn about and begin to work very specifically with your own scoliosis. A program will be explored and created for your home practice.
