We all inhabit a spiral terrain; from our DNA, spiraling galaxies, the movement of our internal waterways - our fluids. Narelle's work employs the natural and inherent spiralic movement of energy within our bodies; our bones, our connective tissues, our fluids and organs. Props are employed extensively in private sessions and in Scoliosis and in Backcare Courses, facilitating a delicious sense of length and unravelling within the spine. Props profoundly develop a clear, clean sense of the direction and intent of a pose and intelligent, incisive penetration of the body.
