 Nancy Cooper, a native of Miami, Florida, learned the basics of art from her mother, who was also her high school art teacher. Nancy studied art at Florida State University. After moving to the Florida Keys In 1977 Nancy returned to her art and began painting in watercolor. Currently residing in Sun City Center, she is a member of the Art Club of Sun City Center and the Manatee Art League.
Although a realist, Nancy continues to incorporate new techniques into her painting. Many of her paintings are in private collections.
