Nicholas A. Jolly, Ph.D.

Hello and welcome to my website!

I am an associate professor and director of graduate studies in the Economics Department at Marquette University.  I am also a fellow with the Global Labor Organization, a fellow with the Center for Demography of Health and Aging at University of Wisconsin - Madison, an affiliated research faculty member with the Institute for Women's Leadership at Marquette University, and a faculty affiliate with the Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute.

I am an applied labor economist with research interests in the labor market outcomes and adjustment processes of those who experience involuntary job separations and work-limiting disabilities.  I also have a line of research studying how changes in collective bargaining agreements in professional sports alter athlete compensation.  If you have any questions or are interested in speaking with me, then please contact me using the information below.
