Ahed Al Najjar 
Ahed is a Certified Consultant & Trainer with more than 10 years of professional experience. He has worked in Dallas, Italy, Afghanistan - UN(UNOPS), Jordan, Oman and the United Arab Emirates. He has the International Knowledge & Expertise as well as the regional flavour and thorough understanding of the Middle East emergency medical training business and personal cultures. Ahed holds many recognised certifications as well as Academic degrees from the USA and Jordan.

Over the years his focus has been to provide clients with means of maximising their return on investment by helping them look outward and focus on the implications of emergency medical training as a tool that aids minimize the risk of the injuired victim .

He has also helped many clients to create the “ First Aid, CPR and AED Manager Program''by enhancing their staff’s competencies, tweaking or reengineering their business process and deploying the life saving that provides knowledge sharing & saving lives.He has also assisted other companies to implement & maximise their emergency response team & deliver better quality of training reaching higher customer satisfaction rates.

Ahed started his career early when he was working with DOHMS in Dubai Airport as Nurse Rescue and assisting in teaching with CE Unit - DOHMS for the Public awarenes in the schools http://www.dohms.gov.ae/News-Events/News/DOHMSLaunchesfirst-aidcourse.htm. Since then he has held different roles in many organizations in EMS teaching field.
from Instructor and Instructor Trainer to Regional Instructor Trainer . He has always kept a passion for working with people from different cultures & transferring his knowledge and experience to others.
He has also set-up and Managed many projects including: EMT Basic for DOHMS Ambulance, EMS Kids, First Aid/AED program for Dubai Tourism, EMS Advisor for Dubai Ladies Club, -Dubai, UAE (2004/2005)
Emergency Responder Course Director in the International Emergency & Catastrophe Management IECM Conference 2006, and a speaker in the OSHA International Conference 2006 in Dubai for the Implementation of the AED in the workplace.

Now he started new adventure with International SOS (Dubai) - www.internationalsos.com - as Global Medical Service Training & Medical Support Supervisor for the Middle East & Africa.
Working with SRAK/SHELL as Medical Emergency Response Adviser since Feb 2007 as  temporary consultation for ISOS.
