All rates are inclusive of all taxes and service charges, and includes maid service before arrival and on departure. Apartment cleaning and laundry during your stay can be arranged directly with the resort, at nominal fees. An initial deposit of 30% of the rental must be paid before a booking can be confirmed. If the booking is within 30 days, the entire rental must be paid at the time of booking. Final payment must be paid within 30 days of arrival. In case of cancellation, we will refund 50% of the rental amount if the cancellation occurs in the 30 days prior to beginning of rental. Prior to that, we will refund 70% of the rental amount.
