Vivien Rabin is a Human Resources Consultant for several international NGOs, including InsideNGO. Her current assignments include HR training, survey and data analysis, policy review and preparation of manuals, and executive coaching. Until the end of 2007 she was the Director of Human Resources at the Population Council. In that role, she developed, implemented and managed HR activities for over 500 staff members in the US and throughout the developing world and was responsible for international policy formulation and direction. She also managed HR's role as a strategic partner in organizational development and oversaw the development and implementation of all HR functions including compensation, recruitment, orientation, benefits, administration, performance evaluation, equal opportunity and affirmative action, management training and development, immigration, employee relations, and government compliance. She has over 25 years of experience working in international NGOs.
Marie McNamee has worked in non-profit operations for over 25 years. Marie has served as both an HR consultant and HR Director. In that role, she has been responsible for recruitment and hiring, employee relations, staff development, compensation, benefits, development of HR policies & procedures, and insurance. While at Helen Keller International, she provided assistance in HR related matters to 18 international offices encompassing 1,350 international and national employees. She currently serves as Director of Programs-HR for InsideNGO.
