Mythological Objects by Christolina Minaret
A History and Lexicon of Objects of Occult Power
Unpublished, this collection anthologises tales and legends of objects of occult significance. The author, a recluse, has been accused of concocting many of the tales she claimed to have collected from peasant-folk in Eastern Europe. The selection presented here gives a good indication of the disjointed nature of the work, which shifts seemingly at random from the first to the third person, has clearly been partially plagiarised from other texts, and gives no indication of scholarly effort and correct referencing of sources. Absolutely no authority whatsoever can be given to any of its assertions.
