I used a basement window for my inlet. Four "L" brackets bolted on the side of the house  to hold the unit on the wall.

My house temperature is approx. 66 degrees, the air intake located within 4' of the outtake, explains the 80 degree temperature reading. If I did it again I would try and locate the intake further away from the outtake.

I used a Fanteck Remote mounted bathroom exhaust fan 4" model # 6c509 at Grainger. I have used this fan before and it is very quiet. I installed a 4"x 10" floor register vent to supply air to the fan that pushes the air into the unit and out into my house.

Air outlet into room from unit. Notice temperature at 122 degrees. On this day exterior temperature was 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Unit in full sun will have a temperature rise of 45 to 50 degrees from intake to outtake. Unit turns on about 9 am and shuts down about 3pm
