Home Made Solar Air Heater
When oil prices skyrocketed recently, I started thinking about alternative heating sources for my home. If oil went up to $10.00 per gallon, I would have to pay it because I have no other choice. I have to heat my home. Gas heat seems to be just as expensive as oil. Wood burning stoves are a lot of work and
you still have to buy the wood. Pellet stoves are becoming popular and I am sure the cost of the pellets will rise with the cost of other fuels.
I started looking into solar heating and thanks to the Internet I was able to learn enough about it to build this solar air heater. I would like to share with you how it was built and how it is working so far, in case you would like to try to build one of your own.
