do you think this should be expanded beyond just solar to include all renewables?
The way I was looking at this was that aside from wind power, solar energy is the basis for all other systems you'd run in a home. To create a hydrogen fuel cell, you need water and electricity, which you would get from rain and the sun. So really the whole solar electric grid in your home or RV would be considered your "solar project". The short answer is yes, people can post all of their innovations here in alternate energy sources, but I'd like to keep solar as the central focus.
