How we met
I was working in a take out restaurant in 2003 and nigel was a customer. He would come in the restaurant all the time and I would noticed how sad he looked. He did not talk much so I did give it much thought. I was a bit attracted to him but I had a boyfriend at the time . In april of 2004 he sent in his friend with a post card saying how nice he thought I was and that he would like us to be friends, I thought that was strange since our only conversations before then had to do with food. I did not respond to his postcard then a few weeks later he came in and ask for my IM and I gave it to him. We talked a little and I told him I had a bf he said he respected that and we did not talk for a while. In july I broke up with my boyfriend because it wasnt working out. I was spending alot of time on my computer and I decided to send him a message because I was bored and lonely. We started talking a lot, I learned that he always came into the restaurant because his brother who was sick at the time really liked our food. His brother died a few months before he sent me the post card he just kept coming to the restaurant to see me. After alot of talking on the net he ask for my number and we started talking on the phone we became really good friends . He had a really hard time with his bother's death. He said god brought me into his life to replace the sadness he was feeling with happiness . In october we made it official and we have been joint at the hip ever since.
