The WELCA Board meets monthly and consists of women elected to serve in Board positions, as well as representatives from Altar Guild, Council, and Martha Clausen.
The Board acts as liaison for information from cluster gatherings of ELCA churches in our area, Greater Milwaukee Synod meetings, and church-wide, to our Circles and women in our congregation.
All women who join Norway Church are considered members of WELCA. Each woman’s name is placed on a monthly service group list. Service groups are listed in each newsletter and serve twice a year, if needed. They may be asked to donate a dessert or Jell-O or assist at a church function.
