4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Enough rice to serve 4                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Fresh or frozen broccoli

1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup

One C. Cheddar Cheese

Salt and Pepper to taste

Other seasonings to taste

 

Brown chicken on both sides until almost cooked. Set aside. Prepare rice according to directions.

Pour rice and soup into baking dish, adding brocolli until mixed. Place chicken breasts on top

of rice/broccoli mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

 

Bake at center of oven until chicken is done and cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with salad.
