Uses for Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2 - 3%)

Hydrogen Peroxide breaks down in sunlight.  That is why it is stored in brown bottles.  If using a spray bottle, be sure it is opaque.

Cleaning

* Use as a VEGETABLE WASH
* Sanitize CUTTING BOARDS
* Spray on MIRRORS for a streak-free shine
* Disinfect SURFACES like table tops or counters
* Soak BLOOD STAINS for 10 minutes, then wash
* Spray on MOLD - acts as a disinfectant and bleaching agent.

Health & Beauty

* Use in place of GARGLE or MOUTHWASH (Check with your dentist regarding extended use)
* Mix 50/50 with water, spray daily on FOOT FUNGUS and let dry until gone
* COLD & SINUS symptoms - Hold your breath and pour into nose, hold for 10 seconds then blow out (do NOT inhale the peroxide)
* COLD & FLU - Put 5-8 drops in one ear and leave for 10 minutes, repeat with other ear, 3X daily until well.
* Add 1 Cup to your BATHWATER
* For TOOTHACHE PAIN, hold in mouth for 10 minutes several times a day (see a dentist ASAP!)
