Details: To gain insight into how your students can use Inspiration or Kidspiration for learning, it helps to put yourself in their position by using it for your own coursework. For this project, you will choose from one of your current classes and use either Inspiration or Kidspiration to develop and illustrate a concept or complex idea.
A key element of this project is reflecting on your experience using Inspiration/Kidspiration, comprising 40% of this project grade. On your webpage for this project, discuss the following questions:
- How helpful was a graphic organizer for your own learning and understanding of the chosen concept or idea?
- Describe how you would use your organizer in the confines of a classroom lesson on your college level topic?
- How could you envision using this graphic organizer software in your own classroom (given your chosen content area and grade level)? Find two examples on the Internet that fit your content area and grade level and explain why you chose them. Link to the examples from your webpage.
- Describe your thoughts on how this tool can help address student learning styles in a diverse classroom.
