County Public Speaking, Talent, and Demonstration Contests
The 2012 Frederick County 4-H Presents! Contests will be held Saturday, March 17, 2012 at the Walkersville United Methodist Church. Both the Demonstration and Public Speaking Contests will be held on the same day, just like last year. Entry forms are due to the 4-H Office on February 24, 2012 by 4:00 p.m., and are available online at 4-H Forms, under Human Science Programs here and here. Club Officers' Training Meeting
All 2012 club officers should plan to attend the county’s Officer Training (this is a “Local 4-H Event” that can be counted for your 2012 Diamond Clover Awards). The Training will be held TUESDAY, February 21, 2012 at Frederick County 4-H office from 6:30 until 8:00 p.m. Please call Ms. Jennie at 301-600-1589 or email schiazzi@umd.edu to register by Monday, February 13th. If you can not attend this training, you must arrange to meet with one of the MVM 4-H Leaders before the February club meeting. |
