Click here to download membership application. Professional membership is $40. Student memberships are $25. You can pay either by:
- Check (which we greatly appreciate, as this method of payment keeps our processing cost down).
Please include your check number on your application if you choose this option.
- Credit Card.
If paying by credit card, please add a note at bottom of application to indicate:
- Date of your credit card transaction
- Name as it appears on credit card (NOT the credit card number)
Note: It is not necessary to log in or create a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card. look for the link to the left side of web page. If you have difficulty paying online, try this link, or contact us directly at en4mrb@gmail.com.
- Either method, you MUST complete the application with appropriate information in order to ensure your payment is properly connected to the intended membership applicant. This is especially important if the name on the credit card or check is different from the applicant.
