The Miami Valley Austin Healey Club (MVAHC) is a southwest Ohio based area member of the national Austin Healey Club of America, Inc.    Like the national club, the MVAHC was started by Austin Healey owners for the preservation, promotion, and enjoyment of the Austin Healey marque.   Thanks to the personal efforts of a couple of dedicated Healey enthusiasts, the MVAHC was concepted in 1976 and chartered in 1977 with a local roster of about 16 members under the leadership of the first president, John Fox.   Current membership stands at 46 full time and 2 associate members with monthly meetings and events held in/around the Dayton, Ohio area. 

 

Club activities include monthly meetings, periodic social events, technical sessions, and an annual fall roundup that hosts Healey enthusiasts from around Ohio/Indiana/Kentucky/Michigan region.   Club members typically own the full array of Healey vehicles from early 100's to the latest 3000's as well as Healey Sprites, modified Healeys, and other British marques.     Members routinely provide assistance in helping to procure or to sell vehicles and in the restoration projects or maintenance and repair of the cars.
