On each Project Display you should have at least the following:

Name of Country (This should be large enough on your display to be seen from a distance.) Capital City Language Area Main Religion Currency Form of Government Information About the Land The Economy: Natural Resources Agriculture Products Industries Information About the People: Tell about the cultures:
Oral Presentation: Days before the Fair, you will have to give an oral presentation of your project. During your presentation you must say how you put together your display, and you will need to give important information about your country without reading it word for word. You will need to speak loudly and clearly.
Visual Display: Does the board reflect the topic/subject of the report? Is the overall appearance neat? Does the display exhibit balance? Has color been used effectively? Is the spelling and grammar correct? Does each section have a caption or label with an explanation? Does the display show creativity and organization in the development of the topic? Is there something child-generated as part of the display, as opposed to all computer-generated or Xerox copies? (Artwork, games, handwritten report, food, etc.)

Report
In addition to having a display board with photos, drawings, maps, etc., the students must also have a report. This report must be in a folder, notebook, or scrapbook, and should include all other items the students could not place on their boards. The report must also include a Bibliography (Resources Sheet) stating where they found the information for their project.
