Yes, I knew the head was broken off, and there wasn't any hardware, but I always wanted to create a head-less guitar.  So here's my raw materials.  It was "fixed" before put on eBay, but the headstock broke off again in shipping - in reality, there was no way to fix the break.  I still need to remove some of the splintered neck, and replace it with some solid material.  Then I can install a "custom-made" head-less string "tree".  We'll see how that part of the project goes.
