Who we are

We are a friendly club practising traditional Shotokan Karate.

The chief instructor has 20 years teaching experience, all instructors are fully insured and CRB (enhanced) checked. We follow the traditional Shotokan Karate syllabus, our lessons are packed full of the basics, Kata and sparring. We also include plenty of self defence principles.
