Mushin Shotokan Karate Karate teaches discipline, confidence, self control and is an excellent form of fitness, it can be practiced by anyone of any age and level of ability or fitness. We are a friendly club practising traditional Shotokan Karate. The chief instructor has 20 years teaching experience, all instructors are fully insured and CRB (enhanced) checked. We follow the traditional Shotokan Karate syllabus, our lessons are packed full of the basics, Kata and sparring. We also include plenty of self defence principles.

You are welcome to turn up and have a few "no obligation" lessons, if you later decide to join the club then we have a very competitive introductory package that includes a Karate suit (Gi), belt, a year's insurance and full membership.
We are a member of the AMA (Amateur Martial Association) - AMA is a member of the English Karate Federation, we strictly follow their guidelines with all aspects of our training.

We have lessons in Warminster, Bath, Hilperton and Beckington: Monday - 7pm Beckington Memorial Hall, Beckington nr Frome Tuesday - 7pm Imber Rd Community Centre, Warminster
Wednesday - 7pm St Gregory's College, Combe Hay Lane, Odd Down, Bath
Wednesday - 6pm M.A.D Studios, 6A St Georges Works, Silver St, Trowbridge
Thursday - after school at Beckington Springmead School Thursday - 7pm Warminster Sports Centre Friday - 6pm Paxcroft Mead Community Centre, Hilperton nr Trowbridge If you would like to know more then you are welcome to come along to any lesson (except the after school) to watch or have a trial lesson. Just arrive 15 minutes before the start and ask for the Instructor - either Patrick, Mal or Alex.
