Announcements:

Score Table:
Each team will need to have a representative at the score table to keep score and help the officials keep penalty time.

Water:
With the outbreak of H1N1 Flu, and the guidance of the City of Plano Health Department, we have been advised that shared water containers are not recommended.  The concession stand will have water to purchase.   

Trash:
Each team is responsible to clean up their bench and spectator area at the conclusion of each game.

Parking & Campers:
Parking should be adequate.  DO NOT PARK AT THE GOODWILL STORE, McDonald's, Burger King or Arbys, you will be ticketed and towed.  No parking on any grass areas.  The Plano police department will most likely have an eye in the sky on site.  Do not stop in front of Handicap spots and let your players and spectators out, you will receive a ticket if the police are on premises.  No campers are allowed overnight.

Tailgating:
NO OPEN FLAMES OR BARBECUES ALLOWED.

There will be a Lax Fun Zone on site, players can compete against a Maverik pro for prizes. There will be a fastest shot competition, most accurate shot and a speed and agility course. There will be a $5 fee to play.  The $5 gets you into the area twice, a $20 off coupon to NJS Sports and two tickets the the Patriot Cup Games in March.    All proceeds will benefit the Wounded Worrier Fund, a local US Lacrosse Chapter charity.

The Plano Jr. Jam – Lone Star Shootout have contracted with Northwest Designs T-Shirt Company.  Northwest brings a unique delivery model to tournament T-Shirts, all shirts are custom printed on site.  In addition, if teams supply their rosters by Thursday Nov.12th, 2009 players can have their rosters and individual players name highlighted  printed on the back of their personalized T-Shirt.

Food:
There will be a concession stand open on Saturday.  There will be Hot Dogs, Popcorn, Drinks and Candy.  In addition, within walking distance you will find all the fine fast food establishments.

They will shooting  multiple action shots of all the teams and making the photos available for you to purchase at www.jerrygloverphotography.com. Brave Heart Tournament by bracket level: (Saturday Late Afternoon)

A fun alternative to overtime played in some lacrosse summer and charity tournaments where two players from each team take the field, a goalkeeper and a middie or attack. The two middies or attach face off and go one on one full field until one scores.  Player will need to sign up on Saturday morning  in order to participate.  Teams can have multiple entries.  More details to follow.

Plano Wranglers Lacrosse is hosting the 8th Annual Plano Fall Lacrosse Tournament on November 20th through 22nd, 2009. All games are scheduled to be played in Plano at High Point Park. Click HERE for tournament page.

Murphy Lacrosse will enter 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8 teams in the "DIV2" bracket, which is for less experienced teams. In Division 2, the game schedulers will make every effort to match skill levels.

The Halloween Shootout Tournament is just around the corner. Of the 120 teams registered to play in this tourney, Murphy Lacrosse will have 3 boys teams (grades 3/4, 5/6 and 7/8) and Plano East Lacrosse will have 2 teams (JV and a Varsity).

Each team will play at least 3 games to determine rankings. A few team will play four games depending on the number of teams within each age bracket.
