2012 SPRING | registration instructions

STEP #1 - All players are required to have a current Youth Level Membership with US Lacrosse. The cost of the Youth Membership is $25 per year. Returning players need to check their status online and renew if necessary.

Click HERE to establish or renew your US Lacrosse Youth Membership.

Already a US Lacrosse Member?
Click HERE to find your membership number.

STEP #2 - Register online with the North Texas Youth Lacrosse League (NTYLL). You will need to provide your US Lacrosse #. Click HERE for the link to NTYLL.

STEP #3
- Complete the entire Registration Form below and select SUBMIT when done. If all required categories have been filled, then you should see a confirmation message which reads, "Thank You! Your response has been recorded."

STEP #4 - 2012 SPRING REGISTRATION FEE is $225
                (does not include uniform)

If you would like to pay the registration fee using a credit card via PayPal, then please click on the "Add to Cart" button below. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, then please skip to STEP #5.


STEP #5 - Complete the entire Uniform Order Form below and select SUBMIT when done. If all required categories have been filled, then you should see a confirmation message which reads, "Thank You! Your response has been recorded."

If you are paying by Credit Card and are ready to checkout, then please click on the "View Cart" button below. If you are paying with cash or check then please skip to STEP #7.


STEP #7

If you are paying with a check, then please make check to payable "East JR Lacrosse" for the total amount of all items (registration + uniform). In the memo line of the check, please provide the player's name and grade level.

Cash payments will be accepted at the Parent Meeting on JAN 08.

Deliver payment by check via a method below:

East JR Panther Registration Fee covers the cost of the Team Registration with the NTYLL, Coaches Background Checks and Training, Referee Expenses, Lighted Field Rental, Field Maintenance, Equipment Expenses, Advertising Expenses, Liability Insurance and General Operating Expenses.
