NO NATION LEFT BEHIND Friday December 14, 2007
was the historic day of signature of the contract sending SuperTeaching out into the world, nestling in the arms of the Living Laboratory of the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
To show commitment and support to make ST available in all classrooms and learning centres in all countries - ONE NATION AT A TIME - a Worthy Nation Award for Education (WNAE)will be created. SuperTeaching is the vehicle which will drive improvement in learning in ST-equipped classrooms around the world.
Worthy Nation Awards for Education will be given at Worthy Nation Galas annually/ biennially, whereby 5-10 or more countries will be selected to receive the WNAE- Worthy Nation Award for Education.
Criteria for selecting countries/educational establishments will include :
The University of Alabama has access to world class technology in the field of education, SuperTeaching, that has been tried and tested for over 20 years in the United States of America and has shown that it affects the quality of learning and retention among students/pupils exposed to SuperTeaching (ST). SuperTeaching has won congressional approval for public education in the United States. The ST system surrounds each teacher with a living “theater of education” while the instructor delivers the existing lesson plan paying no attention to the class room upgrade. A multiple of images are shown on the screen, including images of the students themselves, the teacher, the content, nature scenes to relax the mind and record data more deeply, using any media from power point to distant learning. A teacher requires only ONE HOUR to master using the system due to the level of automation. The learners enjoy the teaching more, pay more attention, and retain more information making Super Teaching a break through in modernizing class room design. ST software automates interface in all cultures countries and global village applications by faculty push of a button. Super Teaching is curriculum and language neutral representing the first standard Global Village classroom platform. Read more here
What is SuperTeaching? SuperTeaching is a breakthrough, whole-brain, accelerated learning system, designed to automate learning performance in a classroom setting. Each system employs three screens, controlled by patented software, that precisely manages the information presented upon the screens to elevate learner concentration and retention. Following twenty-two years of research and development, Super Teaching was recently classified as a Federally Approved new multimedia technology in the United States. Super Teaching is curriculum and language neutral representing the first standard Global Village classroom platform. Read more here How SuperTeaching works Super Teaching produces an educational "pattern roll" behind live instructors, and in distance learning, using three screens. The University of Alabama at Huntsville (UAH) owns the world wide master license for the Super Teaching Living Laboratory project to upgrade class rooms in private and public educational applications. The ST pattern produces redundant information reinforcement that elevates whole brain impression impact, in both brain hemispheres ( cortex long term storage ), assuring higher retention by all learners. The performance gains are dramatic immediate and impressive for any class room retrofitted with Super Teaching. ST can be installed at your location using your existing hardware, when you upload your drivers via the ST Living Labratory proejct ( open source software ) in collaboration with the University of Alabama in Hunstviille. (email us for program details and pricing ). Why SuperTeaching and Youth? Youth contribute to the sustainable development of the planet. We do both them and the planet a disservice if we overlook their contribution and their potential to influence development efforts in their countries worldwide. Their energies are driven by technology and as such their learning is enhanced by technology. SuperTeaching is a methodology embedded in technology, and can be the motor that drives youth participation, builds youth leadership and capabilities and enhances learning for transformation. SuperTeaching is a natural alliance for sustainable learning and for forging sustainable futures for youth. SuperFutures Learning Centres will be created with a range of ST technological resources for students and out-of school youth to support their learning, so that they can earn and be transformed. More than 3 billion youth await SuperFutures.
