MuniGov2.0 organization believes that opportunities for citizen
collaboration and participation will become even more abundant and
integrated as technology advances and access is increasing.The following
video is a simulation of a virtual Town Council meeting in the year
2031. It illustrates the ways in which local governments could enable a
more effective connection between themselves and the citizens they
serve, via technology. The main elements of the include virtual
