Was a member of a consultancy team at IIMC (August 2005) that provided the following recommendations to DD Bangla, Kolkata Doordarshan Kendra:

•    Ways and means to increase revenue for the channel
•    Viability of operations and competition from private channel.
•    Innovative ideas for achieving self sufficiency
•    Projections of revenues and requirements of funds for the next 10 yrs.

The recommendations were subsequently, discussed by the Director, DD Kolkata Doordarshan Kendra, with CEO Prasar Bharati at New Delhi
