I'm a PhD student in Management Sciences department at University of Waterloo. I'm working under the supervision of Professor Frank Safayeni. I got Master of Applied Science in Management Sciences at the same university at 2009.

At this time, I'm working on the process of communication  between people when they have different degrees of knowledge. This research would clarify the process underlying the transmission of a message from an abstract level to a technical/ detailed level in different social interactions.

I also received a  master degree in Information Technology Management at Allameh Tabatabai University under the supervision of  Dr. Payam Hanafizadeh in that I worked on the collaboration among IT companies in Iran (See publications).

My resrach interest is focused on organizational theories and behaviour and the interaction among people in the organizations.
