If you taught fourth grade last year and are now teaching second grade, you will only see fourth grade mandatory professional development in the catalog. Change your profile to see the proper workshops.

I attended a conference - now WHAT?

Make sure you get some sort of proof of attendance. If the conference does not supply certificates, keep your name badge. Make a COPY and send one to M-TRACT and the other to the district office. Make certain that you go to My Learning Plan and mark the activity complete so it will go into our queue. Once we receive your certificate, we can finalize your records and the activity will move to your portfolio.

Marking an Activity Complete

In order for MTRACT to move your conference/out of district course to your portfolio, it must first be marked complete by you. Click on the Activity title, then click the Mark Complete option. Make sure you send a Certificate of Attendance or badge from the conference you attend as well.
