Welcome to the MTCP Scholars Association of the Philippines, Inc. Website. The MTCP-SAPI is the Alumni Association for all those in the Philippines who have become scholars of the Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme.

MTCP-SAPI was registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on 03 May 2007 as a non-stock, non--profit corporation.  The registration was the culmination of the joint efforts of the interim officers who were elected in 2005 by the MTCP Alumni.  The officers were inducted into office by the Minister Counsellor of the Malaysian Embassy, Mr. Wan Jaafar Wan Mahamud.

MTCP-SAPI was incorporated with the following purposes:

• To promote friendship and international understanding;
• To exchange ideas and information on topics of common interest;
• To share, apply and/or disseminate development technology or expertise in the interest of international cooperation and development; and
• To establish links and networks with domestic and international organizations.
