·      Let’s talk about your trip: We’ll discuss a budget, dates, the size of your group, the shows to see, the museums to tour, the sights to visit, and the workshops and seminars for us to arrange. Because we know the city, the services, the options, and the discounts so well, we can create your trip for a good price. 

·      Good lead times allow the airlines, hotels, and theatres to be more flexible—we do our best work if we hear from you at least six months before the trip. We’ll work with smaller groups, but the best discounts are available to groups of twenty and up.

·      We’ll send you an estimated price, and after that we can talk again. By that time, MT&T will know more about costs and discounts, and you’ll know more about your group. You might make some adjustments—to your budget or your plans or both.

·      MT&T can get to work finding the best travel and entertainment deals for you as soon as the contract is signed. We will talk and email often during the months leading up to your tour.

·      You might make changes to your plans—and some changes are easy, but others are time-consuming and costly. Extra travelers, for instance, added only a month before the trip, would probably have to pay full price.

·      You’ll receive a written, detailed itinerary the week before you leave. Read it carefully. Call with any last minute questions.

·      A chartered bus will meet you at the airport and whisk your group into the city. An MT&T employee meets you at your hotel, gets you checked in, hands over your tickets, and then discusses safety, shopping, and meals with your group. The whole time you’re here, Manhattan Tour & Travel is only a phone call away.

·      By the time you leave, the bright lights and big city that may have been a little intimidating won’t be quite so daunting. You will have come as a client of Manhattan Tour & Travel, but you’ll leave as our friend.
