arts… from photography to improv comedy (take a class at The Second City!); musical conducting to fashion design; from
singing to set construction.
AFTER-PERFORMANCE VISITS can be
arranged. Our Chicago groups have enjoyed meeting the casts and directors
after a show at Steppenwolf, the Goodman, and the Chicago Shakespeare
Theatre.
TOURS of Chicago’s famous downtown landmark theatres
have been very popular. Visit the Ford Oriental, the Palace, the
Chicago, the Lyric Opera House, and
most famous of all, the Auditorium Theatre – known worldwide for its stunning architecture and
acoustic perfection.

- The Joffrey Ballet
Company has conducted master classes in both ballet and modern techniques for our dance students.
- The Second City
Training Program has taught acting
classes for us in all levels of improvisational theatre.
- Steppenwolf
Theatre opened its doors for our college student groups to meet with their Casting and Theatre Management teams,
tour their facilities, and talk with their artistic directors and actors.
- The Art Institute has provided brilliant docents to guide our groups
through this world famous museum, with special time spent seeing Seurat’s Sunday on La Grande Jatte
